POSITION: MATERIAL CONTROL COORDINATOR

Job Description:

          • Oversee the receipt, organization, and storage of aircraft parts, tools, and consumables in the warehouse.

          • Maintain and monitor inventory levels using Quantum MX and a company inventory manual as reference.

          • Supervise one warehouse assistant and ensure proper execution of material handling procedures.

          • Review and verify purchase requests submitted by technicians before processing.

          • Certify that all parts received meet quality standards prior to storage or

distribution.

          • Issue materials to maintenance personnel according to scheduled jobs and priorities.

          • Coordinate with vendors regarding shipments, discrepancies, and restocking.

          • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and compliance with safety standards.

          • Generate and maintain inventory reports for management and audits.

          • Maintain warehouse organization in alignment with aviation safety regulations.

          • Supervise warehouse operations and ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive aircraft components.

          • Follow safety regulations and company protocols related to material control and inventory.

          • Prepare documentation and inventory reports for internal use and external audits.

Job Requirements

          • Two years of experience in job offer, warehouse assistant or related position.

          • Experience in handling, organizing, and tracking parts and materials in a warehouse or maintenance environment.

          • Experience working with Quantum MX software or related inventory systems.
